Software Sales Executive

 Location: UAE
Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across the UAE market by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling software solutions and IT services. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, understanding of enterprise software solutions, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industries or territories
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Present software solutions to customers through meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT managers, procurement teams)
  • Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals
  • Prepare quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the UAE and GCC markets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, or SaaS sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of software solutions (ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, or enterprise systems)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
