Reports to:  Managing Director  

 We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee accounting and financial management across three legal entities (Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia). The role will act as the single point of accountability for consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and coordination with outsourced accounting providers and external auditors.

This role is both operational and strategic, requiring hands-on involvement in accounting oversight as well as high-level financial planning and analysis.

 Multi-Country Accounting Oversight

1. Oversee accounting operations for Jordan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia through external accounting service providers
2. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in each country
3. Review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for accuracy and completeness
4. Ensure timely month-end and year-end close across all entities

Consolidation & Group Reporting

1. Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements across the three branches
2. Eliminate intercompany transactions and balances
3. Provide a clear group-level financial view (revenue, cost, margin, profitability)
4. Standardize chart of accounts, reporting formats, and financial policies across entities

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Management Reporting

1. Prepare company-wide financial forecasts, budgets, and rolling projections
2. Analyze actuals vs budget and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
3. Provide management with monthly financial dashboards and executive summaries
4. Support strategic decision-making with scenario analysis and financial modeling

External Accounting Firms & Auditor Coordination

1. Act as the primary focal point for all external accounting firms used as a service
2. Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations for outsourced providers
3. Review and approve outputs from accounting firms before management submission
4. Coordinate with external auditors across all entities, including audit planning, fieldwork, and closure
5. Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of recommendations

Stakeholder & Management Support

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus)
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, including multi-entity or regional exposure
• Strong experience in consolidation and group reporting
• Hands-on experience coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Experience working across different regulatory environments (Jordan, UAE, KSA preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems (Zoho, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
